Red Hat is the world’s leading provider of enterprise open source solutions, using a community-powered approach to deliver high-performing Linux, cloud, container, and Kubernetes technologies. But even with this recognizable brand, Red Hat found it tough to have meaningful conversations with its potential sales leads.
Red Hat sales guys needed to start leveling the conversations from a technical one to a strategic one. They needed to have conversations that anyone could grasp in order to understand the true business value that Red Hat brings to the table.
We worked with the Sales, Strategy, and Success team in Red Hat to create 25 individual success story assets and other sales-supporting materials. We devised a modular campaign to fuel a dialogue between Sales Account Managers and potential buyers, all focused on having conversations at the higher C-suite level and across other key personas.
