01 / The challenge
Make the familiar feel fresh.
Spudlife began with a simple ambition: make the jacket potato feel exciting again. The product was familiar. The brand needed to be anything but.
In a crowded street-food market, a small independent operator needed an identity with enough character to earn attention and enough clarity to work at speed.

02 / The approach
Built from the street up.
We created a sharp proposition, a bold logo system and a vivid visual language built around local roots and legendary flavours.
Then we turned the identity into a practical toolkit: typography, colour, art direction, menus, stickers, packaging guidance and social assets that could be reproduced consistently without a large in-house team.
03 / The result
A brand ready to serve.
Spudlife left the process with more than a logo. It had a coherent, launch-ready system designed to move from menu board to market stall without losing its personality.
The result gives a small independent business the confidence and consistency of a much bigger brand while staying deliberately local, practical and easy to reproduce.
